Just some brief notes on spells. The number of spells in the game, especially for pure casters, can be overwhelming. The key to realize is that many of them, especially at higher levels, are useless or less useful than others, or useful only in certain situations. Since you need them hotkeyed to cast them, I recommend putting these on a different tab of hotkeys than your main, and keeping your big guns/heals on your main screen.

Styles also run the same problem. You may find that you almost never have the reflexes or patience to try and use a style with an opening of Parry, for instance, so you don't even hotkey it, which is fine. Play around with which ones work for you.
